This comprehensive gym renovation was focused on improving the user experience and modernizing the space with new finishes, equipment, and Toreador branding. The gym provides basketball and volleyball competition courts, cross-courts for tournament play, and practice courts. The space features a divider curtain, wrestling mat hoist, acoustic wall treatments, and spacious bleachers. Additionally, a portion of the existing roof was elevated to maximize the interior volume and usable height providing the opportunity for natural daylight with the addition of windows on the north and south walls. The new branding completes the space with the billowing Toreador cape wrapping all the gym walls.
