Strand Associates Office Building

Strand Associates, a diverse engineering firm specializing in civil engineering services, partnered with 10Fold for full architectural, structural and interior design services. Having acquired FOX Engineering in 2022, their new office accommodates staff and demonstrates their commitment to the community and clients in the region. The Iowa State University Research Park was the ideal location for this project, as it aligns with Strand‘s focus on the intersection of talent, research, and the marketplace. The design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces by incorporating large northern windows, fostering a productive environment while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding natural landscape.
