STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Are you a proactive self-starter that enjoys creating systems and processes? Do you enjoy a wide variety of projects? Do you follow through with details? Do you quickly become an expert in any subject matter you are working in?
As a 10Fold Structural Engineer, you’ll be helping our structural engineering department grow. You’ll complete detailed structural engineering calculations and implement solutions into construction drawings, as well as participate in the construction administration process. The structural engineer is a key member of the 10Fold team, supporting architects, other structural engineers, and interior designers in a wide variety of design projects.
A successful Structural Engineer will:

  • Develop and implement strategies for growing the structural engineering department
  • Complete engineering calculations (hand calculations, spreadsheets, finite element software)
  • Draft engineering plans and details (Revit, CAD, Bluebeam)
  • Participate in construction observation, tracking, and meetings
  • Be an active member of project design teams

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or nearly licensed PE with a minimum 3-5 years of experience

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING INTERN

Are you a team-oriented problem solver? Do you approach work with a strong attention to detail and follow-through? Do you strive to achieve a consistently reliable level of accuracy?
As a 10Fold Structural Engineering Intern, you’ll complete detailed structural engineering calculations and implement solutions into construction drawings, as well as participate in the construction administration process. The structural engineering intern is a key member of the 10Fold team, supporting architects, other structural engineers, and interior designers in a wide variety of design projects.
A successful Structural Engineering Intern will:

  • Complete engineering calculations (hand calculations, spreadsheets, finite element software)
  • Draft engineering plans and details (Revit, CAD, Bluebeam)
  • Participate in construction observation, tracking, and meetings
  • Be an active member of project design teams

Qualifications:

  • Having completed 2 to 3 years towards an undergraduate and/or master’s degree in civil (structural) engineering
  • Having completed or is enrolled in structural coursework including structural design, concrete, steel, masonry, etc.

MARKETING & PROPOSAL DIRECTOR

Are you a proactive problem solver who enjoys working creatively with company vision and data? Do you prefer variety in your tasks and work? Do you quickly become an expert in any subject matter you’re working in? Do you thrive working independently with the support of a team? Do you approach work with a strong attention to detail and follow-through?
As a 10Fold Marketing & Proposal Director, you’ll be maximizing 10Fold’s brand presence. You’ll also design and complete proposals and other branded material as part of a team pursuing projects. The marketing and proposal director is a key member of the 10Fold team, helping to manage 10Fold’s increasing influence in the industry.
A successful Marketing & Proposal Director will:

  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing brand presence
  • Manage advertising, donations, website, trade shows, events, social media, branded material
  • Work with project pursuit teams to design and develop proposals

Qualifications:

  • A background in business, marketing, or architecture/engineering with 3-5 years of experience

PROJECT ARCHITECT

As a 10Fold Project Architect, you’ll exercise independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques; solve problems when encountered; and receive guidance on complex projects. We’re looking for someone who is competent in all conventional aspects of architecture, and performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
You are a potential fit for 10Fold if you have three or more years of experience and are be able to:

  • Independently solve problems when encountered
  • Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex issues
  • Garner supervisory approval on proposed project plans

Licensure preferred, but not required.

PROJECT MANAGER

As a 10Fold Project Manager, you’ll manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimate scope of work documents.
In addition, you’ll prepare strategic plans for project success and be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. You’ll also:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction
  • Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments
  • Estimate fees, determine scope of works, and prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program plus at least five years of experience

Licensure preferred, but not required.
