Steven Peterson

Structural Engineer – EIT

Steven is literally the Eagle Scout of 10Fold. You can always count on him to provide structural analysis and design for any project.

He has worked in the structural design industry for more than 12 years at both small and large design firms. He has completed both local and national projects that range in size from a baseball dugout to a multistory office building. His varied project experience includes concrete grain silos, masonry school additions, steel frame hospital additions, and wood framed strip malls.

The components used for design may remain the same, yet every project is different. It is the challenge of combining those same components to provide an individual solution that makes his job so enjoyable. He believes that design is a collaborative effort. It is only with the knowledge and contribution of everyone on the project, that the correct design for the client can be achieved.

Steven achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, something that only four percent of Scouts have earned since its inception in 1911. He has been married for 12 years and has two daughters. He enjoys cooking, camping and hiking.
