RES Group, a locally owned property management company serving the Ames community, partnered with 10Fold to transform their existing office into a more functional and welcoming space for employees, residents, and guests. Their primary goals were to enhance the work environment, support resident services, and provide every full-time staff member with a private office to ensure comfort and privacy.

The renovated space features a thoughtful layout and intentional material choices that balance performance and aesthetics. Suspended acoustic clouds, added insulation, and wood slat accents provide effective sound control while introducing warmth and texture. Interior glass walls allow natural light to filter through the space, creating a bright, open, and uplifting atmosphere. The layout includes private offices, conference rooms, a staff breakroom, restrooms, and flexible gathering spaces.

Collaboration with the RES Group team was key to the project’s success. Regular design reviews and feedback sessions helped ensure the final space met their high standards. The result is a refined, high-performing workplace that reflects RES Group’s commitment to quality and positions them to continue serving their community with excellence.
