Chad has worked in architecture for more than 20 years. He is a senior project architect and director of operations at 10Fold.

He is experienced in all aspects of a project from conceptual design to construction administration. Chad may be most passionate about project delivery and quality control. Developing concepts that solve the unique challenges of each client, he works to improve the built environment through creative design solutions.

Chad believes in listening, imagining and delivering – in that order. He listens to the needs and desires of the client, both what is said and what is not said to understand the client’s pain points. He uses the process of design to conceive creative, holistic and thoughtful solutions that address the client’s needs. Ultimately, he delivers a high-quality project that exceeds client expectations and provides long-term value.

Chad works for the welfare of the Ames community through business involvement and personal commitment. His family is involved in a local church community.
