Proliant Biologicals

Proliant required an additional facility to meet the needs of their growing company. A building shell was designed that could accommodate intricate equipment and production processes, including production, packaging and storage of sensitive material. Careful attention was required to handle hierarchies of interior building pressures, clean room environments and air filtering, clean-in-place systems, and complex structural loads based on heat and steam. Extremely high health and safety standards as dictated and inspected by the USDA were achieved. The building is an attractive addition to the Boone Business Park, and fits the office and conferencing needs of the staff and scientists, as well as reflects the owner’s involvement on the leading edge of an ever-developing technology.
