Imagine the possibilities of a building and then multiply it ten times. Delivering beyond the expected is how 10Fold Architecture and Engineering approaches every project.

Northwestern College Den Hartog Athletic Complex

To meet the demands of their highly successful and growing athletic teams, Northwestern College recognized that a renovation and addition to their athletic facility would continue to pave the way for excellence. The goal of the project was to expand locker room space allowing teams to have individual locker rooms by sport, to create a state-of-the-art team room, relocate coaching offices, and to update finishes and lockers throughout to support student athlete success on campus.

The building addition houses the football locker room, team room, and football coaching suite. Renovated spaces include basketball, soccer, softball, baseball, and volleyball locker rooms as well as the creation of a visitor changing room and finish upgrades to the athletic training room. The design solution focuses on efficiency of space utilization while showcasing the Raider identity throughout the project with vivid graphics and signage. The expanded and updated spaces provide each student athlete with a dedicated locker and home locker room, strengthen the recruiting process, support coaching and staff needs, and illustrate Northwestern College’s devotion to the student experience.
