Imagine the possibilities of a building and then multiply it ten times. Delivering beyond the expected is how 10Fold Architecture and Engineering approaches every project.

Iowa Central Community College Greehey Family Student Success Center

Consolidating all the student service office and support spaces under one roof was critical for success at Iowa Central Community College. Student retention and attraction depended on a facility that delivered an iconic and welcoming design for serving the future workforce of Iowa, the region and the nation.

10Fold was challenged with providing an office space to allow students and faculty from Iowa Central to work collaboratively and connect students with the services and resources that they need to succeed.

Iowa Central wanted a “one stop shop” for all things oriented toward student services. Previously, office spaces that served student functions were spread out throughout the campus and were not easily accessible to students and faculty. Iowa Central’s new student service office building provides an efficient and functional space that focuses on circulation and flow to accommodate one of the most highly used and trafficked buildings on campus.
