Kum & Go has evolved far beyond a simple “gas station”. Today’s Kum & Go provides the amenities of a local coffee shop, bakery, quick service restaurant, and grocery store. Through their recent efforts to not simply keep up with the market, but to actually be a leader in the field, Kum & Go has launched an initiative to expand and diversify their food offerings through a new, fresh, made-to-order menu. this menu to be executed, the design team worked extensively with the Kum & Go chefs and facility directors to create a new interior aesthetic that accompanies new kiosk ordering stations and a remodeled commercial kitchen.
