FarmHouse Fraternity at Iowa State University sought to increase the size of the chapter house to handle growth and demand. Each aspect of the expansion and renovation project was carefully crafted to enhance the four-fold development of the young men in the chapter. The four developments include Intellectual, Social/Moral, Spiritual and Physical well-being. The project includes additions and renovations to private study rooms, team study rooms, recreation areas, chapel, library, conference room, dining areas, and front and rear plaza areas. All of these improvements enhance social interaction, mentorship, physical activity, academic rigor, personal responsibility and accountability, and spiritual wellness.
