This 16,000 sq. ft. complex, located in the heart of Iowa Falls, Iowa, provides student-centered living accommodations for a thriving community college. It includes apartment suites on three levels as well as shared communal spaces, with immediate proximity to the other parts of campus. A simple, traditional material palette was chosen for economy and to complement the existing collegiate vernacular of the campus.
