With more than 30 years of experience in education, Matt Patton brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s schools. His background spans the roles of teacher, coach, principal, and most recently, superintendent of Roland-Story Community School District. At 10Fold, Matt serves as a strategic partner to public and private K-12 schools, helping align stakeholders and resources to bring educational facility goals to life.

During his time in school leadership, Matt has first-hand experience guiding districts through complex projects, from classroom additions and fine arts renovations to athletic upgrades and long-term maintenance planning. He knows firsthand how to navigate the complexities of school projects while keeping student success and community impact at the forefront.

Matt thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and turning big ideas into meaningful outcomes. His approach is grounded in helping others succeed and delivering spaces that reflect a school or district’s vision and values.
