
Architectural Staff – CDT
Josh Stoddard is an emerging professional in the field of architecture, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and real-world experience shaped by a background in residential construction, mechanical and plumbing systems design, as well as eight years of service in the Iowa Army National Guard. This hands-on experience informs his understanding of constructability, coordination, and how design decisions impact long-term building performance.
Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Josh is passionate about thoughtful design and problem-solving, driven by the belief that architecture has a lasting impact on communities and the built environment for generations. His professional experience includes project delivery, project management, documentation, architectural design, and BIM coordination.
A member of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Josh holds the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification and was awarded the Moll/Bett Student Excellence Award in Fall 2025, recognizing one of the two highest CDT exam scores nationwide.
