Imagine the possibilities of a building and then multiply it ten times. Delivering beyond the expected is how 10Fold Architecture and Engineering approaches every project.

Gina Swartz

Intern Architect

With a great attention to detail and a dedication to finding the right design for the client, Gina approaches each project with a balance of creativity and rationale. She brings to the table her ability to conceptualize, think critically, and thoroughly provide documentation. Gina is devoted to efficiently and accurately modeling and documenting projects.

When it comes to achieving the right design, Gina’s focus is finding an individually tailored solution for the client and building occupants. She believes a collaborative process of research, ideation, creation, and iteration will result in a successful end product.

Gina joins the 10Fold team with a variety of project design experience. She has a particular interest in residential design, however, she is passionate about taking on new challenges and project types and is excited to learn through the process. Gina is looking to sharpen her skills in all facets of architecture and design. With her goal of being a licensed architect, she plans to attend Iowa State University’s accredited Master of Architecture program.

Gina has been sketching floor plans since she was nine years old and has found architecture to be the perfect combination of her natural interests in art, math, and science.
