Cole Benton is a project manager and architectural designer with full lifecycle project experience across commercial, healthcare + senior living, and education environments. He has guided a variety of project types from early concept through construction, building a reputation for strong coordination, clear communication, and meaningful client engagement.

For Cole, architecture is as much about people as it is about buildings. Taking a collaborative approach, he helps clients translate their ideas and aspirations into clear, tangible outcomes with designs they can understand, connect with, and feel excited to bring to life.

With a background in urban studies and a lifelong fascination with creating, he is driven by the belief that thoughtful design can enrich communities and improve the way people experience the built environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Minor in Urban Studies from Iowa State University.
